An Intro to the Fundamentals of my 1:1 Program

Phase 1: Reframe

Where we reframe limiting beliefs and recognize where you are currently mentally and physically. This is the time to realize how reframing negative thoughts can help make this journey EASIER in the long term. We learn about your body, metabolism, likes and dislikes, and general life to create a plan for YOU. This phase is all about making sure we create our action plan based on you and your body. 

Phase 2: Rise

The action phase of the program. This is where we PUT. IN. THE. WORK. to get you through your plateau and to the next level effortlessly. Phase 1 has allowed us to get the habits in place you NEED to move forward confidently af. 

Phase 3: Reflect

An UNDERRATED part of the process. We are here because its important to go to maintenance and learn about how we just sustain and congratulate ourselves on all we have done. 

Phase 4: Reign

This is the phase where we dive into sustainability for life. Acknowledging how things will change and impact your body and health and how you can use the knowledge you have gained to reign ova ya life!!
